re: coles myer board rejects .. so when do they go
huge list of big guns named in the consortium I doubt the bidders will leave it at that, look the share price was what ...........about 11.00, so they make a bid at 14.50, seemed like a nice premium, to think about but never going to leave it at that, so the rejection was anticipated.....................allow everyman and his dog to discuss it, sell offs etc, how much profit the bidders can make out of the deal..........then let cml think about what can they do for the sh, to come up with a better deal......... well they cannot, so make another offer..........oh and let the sh's have a say at a meeting I think it is all plain sailing, and as ecpected no surprises here I knew the deal was done early today, the sp dropped about .18 and 4 times the trades from yesterday cheers
