re: coles myer board rejects .. so when do they go Seems irresponsible that the board did not co-operate with the consortium, considering they were offering shareholders a premium which values CML similarly to WOW which is a much superior company.
As it is, CML will have to do all the hard work and EARN the price which is now on offer.
The best that shareholders can hope for now is an on-market hostile bid.
