It is complete nonsense to suggest the bondholder are not interested in their money but after the IP. If that is the case they will not talk to IFCA. It is most probable they want their money back plus costs.
Patents have value only if they protects the IP that can earn the company profits, otherwise they are of no value. It is laughable to suggest the company is of good value because it has lots of patents.
