Storm in a teacup. The reason you see most consolidations go downhill is because most of them are dodgy brothers. Pump up the stock, issue shares until its too low to issue anymore, then consolidate and do it all again.
TOX has a solid business, and the consolidation should rid it of the trader crowd, but also be more attractive to institutions somewhere along the line. Its all mentality in the end, as a company will end up being valued at what it is really worth no matter what the shareprice (ie its marketcap that counts).
