On the 28/5/2010, Alacrity stated that after having a chat with Peter Cash, the company is discussing ways of improving the share registry.
In the 2009 annual report, it was stated that the "number of shareholders holding less than a marketable parcel is 924 shareholders each hold less than 16,130 ordinary shares".
Perhaps, this is the issue being looked at by the company to remove these non marketable parcels by offering to buy these shares.
This will reduce the number of ordinary shares.
