    Not all consolidations of Companies' shares are negative.

    As long as the fundamentals of the Company are sound, there's no reason why shares need to take dive.

    For example URL rationalised its shareholdings recently and their new share price has been steady to improving, possibly due to less volume of scrip on the market to be traded.

    IMP has the fundamentals to follow suit.
