re: consolidation positive The reason it is a negative for IMP is because with a 1:15 spilt at 0.008 this would peg the new price above 10 cents where the price steps suddently increase from 0.001 to 0.005. At 0.0066 the price comes in at 10 cents whcih enables you to avoid playing the large price step once the consolidation is done.
Big picture of course it means very little, but there is a technical aspect..
