I'll put it another way
Previous to the announcement we were going to consolidate 1 to 10 to get one share in Rincon
So for every 10 ADY shares we would have finished up with 1 ADY (consolidated) + 1 Rincon
Now for every 10 ADY shares we have 10 ADY shares at present market + 37 million minus the cost of 10% of charge=10 ady shares + 1/10th of equity in Charge which is the same equity which we would have had previously + a bit of cash over??
