I know Hingdog, but I think there is pretty clear evidence that some kind of misunderstanding of their announcement of a 'successful' licensing/development partnership deal is evident. If true, then they have a responsibility to meet our company guidelines.
... or is there something we have not been told? The Bears don't get to trample something like this, this hard in any typical interpretation of what we have been told, as far I can believe. I am an optimist, mostly, though so may have missed some critical detail that signaled the cliff dive in the SP?
