Dicko - re Russia far east and Ukraine the timing is off for any advance on either of those.
The coal in Ukraine is in the rebel zone, Mr Akhmetov is sympathetic to the russians but also wants ties with the west but right now IMO DTEK is on hold for at least 2-3 years.
Re Mr Abramovich - it is politically stable in the east but Linc need to be wary of sanctions on Russian investments. Have to be brave to push hard in russian investment deal today. When/if Ukraine settles it will change.
The Tanzanian project wants to be commercial by 2017 - short timeframe - good if it happens. The next few months will be interesting if a binding JV deal including finance materialises in Tanzania
