could you please give me your opinion on nav's rare earths resource at cummins range

i have no idea what rare earths are worth(saw someone post $50kg) as i haven't been following them, but suspect nav could be sitting on a very good rare earth deposit.

there is currently no value in nav's market cap being assigned to this and i think it is very undervalued just on it's gold operation at bronzewing. no value is being assigned to it's gold deposits leonora or cummins range rare earths.
