Quite simple 23c is PEK old all time high but not a closing high if you look at its old closing high was 18c till last week when it closed at 19c then opened higher making 19c new support...
Now that it through 23c and if it closes this week at that or better which it will imo you only need to look at the weekly candle to see that its very bullish and wants to close near its high...
With a open of 23c or better next week will make 23c be support..imo
