"Potential issuing of 100,000,000 or more shares" - yes, its an equity arrangement, therefore their is not an interest rate associated with it! There is, however, a facility draw down fee of 4% (of the drawn-down amount), which is clearly stated in the coy announcement.
YA see the potential value of the coy and are not afraid to get a stake, you however clearly are not interested yet. I suspect that once the sp looks to have bottomed and all funding has been announced, we will no longer be graced with your posts or will you simply change your mind then?
