But if the allocation was to be taken up, which hopefully they will be, either by shareholders or another placement after the SPP at 15 cents, there may be a retracement. But I believe it is considered a given that Prima will need this funding and dilution will occur. Remember where the share price was before the SPP was announced and hopefully having significant funds once it is complete should result in a share price rise, as the barriers to carry out phase IIb/III trials are overcome.
If shareholders are anticipating a retrace below 15 cents as an opportunity to purchase shares 'on market' instead of through the SPP, that would be dissapointing.
