re: director buying shares I rang yesterday..... nothing much new to add........ said they couldn't say much except that everything was proceeding according to plan. When I pressed re when they would relist they just said "hopefully soon" and that the finalisation of the deal was delayed due to other parties being on leave over Xmas/New Year.
The fact that everything is still proceeding according to plan is very positive. What end result that will produce.....who knows.
