Turn it up - most likley just an unfilled low ball order he'd forgotten from a few months back when he buying up this tinpot which has little more now than its cash backing in market value.
Judging by the big exits today at 14c, would not be surprised if we are looking at another "Ellendale scenario".
Once the cash is spent it will be yibba, yibba, that's all folks!!
Glad I sold this dud years back at 60c for a tasty profit.
