    ASIC is slow but very decisive:

    "Counsel for the Australian Securities and Investments Commission was damning in its criticism of the board of BrisConnections, which is led by the ASX director and Future Fund custodian Trevor Rowe. Mr Rowe also chairs the major Brisconnections shareholder Queensland Investment Corp."
