I have no idea who it is but i reckon it may be for a brand/product range that is a little younger than Marvel or Disney.

You look at some of their agreements like Little Golden Books, Jay Jay the Jet Plane, and also the Memotoy products, and they are all designed for kids under 5 years of age. So if we stick to this theme, then i think if they are being offered a master toy license, it will be for this space.
