I have just gone back some time over your posts on HC and noted you were cautious on WDC even mid last year so good work on that. I have just bought into WDC @10.50 as have had them on my long term want list for a number of years but didn't think they were value. Lately have picked up a couple of other REITS which are real baskets but if come thru could generate considerable gains. BEC BBI to name a couple. I dont put WDC in their group but I see WDC as maybe being lumped with the bad boys and possibly worth a look/buy. Yes there generally is more bad news and it needs to be wrung out of companies ie NAB and AMP a few years back.
I would be interested in your long term view on WDC and other REITS.
