They have drilled plenty of holes. The more holes they drill the bigger the inferred resource will become. A previous explorer already found the resource, but these guys have the benefit of this knowledge. So for a relative low cost they can top up the inferred barrel very quickly (in exploration time that is).

So when they say they have a target of approximately 70,000,000 tonnes, then unlike AUM, DNL's target is based on real previous drilling.

If AUM had this previous data then they would have already put the whole lot into its inferred category, but not DNL. The DNL management team report only facts. Facts being information they can hange their heart on.

It is also interesting to note that they do not use equivelants. Their initial 1.2% grade is copper only. Their target avg is 2.0% for the 70,000,000 tonnes. So what will be the copper equivelant when the silver is factored in.

The facts presented to the average Joe Punter to date has disclosed to them an inferred and targeted (in the bag) resource that is - HUGE.

Once the institutions are absolutely comfortable with the unveiling story, it will explode.

If the Snowdens report confirms that the first inferred resource is do-able then it is all over, because if the first inferred resource grading 1.2% is a goer, then an eventual resource of 70,000,000 tonnes at grading 2.0% is equal to Billions of dollars in cream.

If it all plays out the way the facts are pointing - then $2 might be a 5 second stopover on the way to $20.

IMO - You do the maths

(I used to become suspicious when I cottoned onto a stock that was not hot to trot in forumns or the press - I then learnt that the flock get on after a stock takes off and that only facts hold any weight to future profit)
