Unless you have several buckets full of money to pay politicians, Tribal Chiefs, Security, crooks & thieves then you will get nowhere. Even after you pay it still doesn't guarantee you will get your moneys worth. Mount Kare will be mined one day, but the bribes will probably cost more than the diamond drilling programs or Adit.
