if they re-list and are granted on the asx then yes no doubt your shares would be worthless compared to what you paid for them...

but as for our money we are not going to see a return for a long time.

CAPITAL gains loss against the profit you have made previuosly thats the other best scenario for people.

with the embarrasment and terrible insident recently by the PNG government , maybe the pressure put on them will bring them out of the jungle and into the 21st century.

Thanks. Just out of curiosity, how does the capital gains loss work in this case? Would I need to sell my few remaining shares to delisted.com to crystallise the loss, or is it already considered a loss as it stands.

From a practical perspective I know it's a loss, just wondering about the tax procedure.
