re: dow and astrology/yogi Won't be much of a rally. New lows at ~70 coming from mid 300's. Need to see the new lows around 700 and a steep fall back to below 100 for a substantial rally. Not shorting yet. Waiting for the new highs to spike in the next few weeks and then short.
