re: dow why is it bad to fall While bear mkts these days don't seem to last that long it seems obvious that a number of posters here have never seen one before. Crash then everything goes back to normal?????? Unfortunately this is not really how it works. We could hyave long periods of slow declines on diminishing volumes. Not to easy to make money in this kind of market....
