No. Difficult as the companies keep their cards close to their chests. Only the smelters would know precisely the contaminants/mineral types from each location. As an example, there's coking coal from Qld and there's coking coal from Blair Athol mine which sold at a premium because it was a little better.
The real lure for an end user is to get a foot in the door of the project which will last for 50 - 100 years from a first-world country. The Mn metal market is highly profitable and is controlled by China - just like rare earths.
