I like your thinking@Whipstock . Trucking the 550km to Port headland will be a big chunk of the costs - at least 0.08/t or AU$44/t and that much tonnage represents a lot of 75t trucks. Not sure you could transport that much by road - 750,000t is about 10,000 trips a years using a 75t truck (27 a day).
Not sure where the closest rail is ?
BUT your estimate of $110 leaves $60/t a bit there for mining / processing / admin so you might be onto something.
Also need further clarity on is the price for 33% Mn con.
