Mr Michael Andrew Eager Non-Executive Director (other) 26/11/1999 Mr Burgess was most recently the Head of Business Development for AngloBase, the base metals business of Anglo American plc. Prior to this, he was the Global Head of Metals and Mining at ABN AMRO. Small shareholders like us generally can't make a difference. Proxies should never go to the chairman, it is a conflict of interest.
The best way is to get the major holders to vote against someone. They are above but i don't have contact details.
Eager & Jamieson are old guard and should go.
