re-election of directors

Re: Re-election of directors at upcoming AGM.

Has anyone commented on this yet?

I have just received my AGM voting form through the mail.

Anyway, we have 3 directors.

Harrison and Styants have been with the company since 2008, when it was a spectacles making business.

My inclination would be to replace them.

Draig might be better served in the long term with another senior experienced international coal professional onboard to support Mark.

It might also be worth considering appointing a senior multi-skilled and experienced coal mining engineer/marketing/lawyer/financier type (if one exists).

Anyway, it would be good to keep this lean, so 3 directors at the moment would probably be sufficient.

Any thoughts?
