I appreciate that you have 'rudimentary understanding' however I actually have a deeper knowledge of the matters you mention, and don't agree with much of your comment.

In regard to diligence, I first became unimpressed with Kenny's performance in 2008 when Gippsland was experiencing difficult times. Why during this period did he attend only 6 out of 12 director meetings!

Gippsland has long scratched for funds (sorry, obvious statement!) so if Kenny states he has "Considerable experience public equity fundraisings and pricing of equity, debt ", why has the funding of AD become a saga of a duration that matches Blue Hills?

Hopefully IG will see the light and appoint someone with a proven track record in matters related to equity and debt.
