re-election of j kenny - no, page-5

My two-bob's worth:
Not many reading this would know what has been JK's contribution to Gippsland over the years.
From memory JK was appointed by JT and was still there when JT vacated. In came Mr.G. and JK is still there to this day and hasn't recorded any substantial vote against his re-election over the years, so far as I can recall.
IF JK's contribution was/is so weak, defective or generally lackadaisical, then why didn't JT's Board remove him, why is Mr.G's Board tolerating him?
I know there's nothing much to argue about right now but this must be scraping the bottom of the barrel.
Let's hope that there is positive news for us to debate SOON, if not it's academic anyway.
