I believe it would also be correct that the shareholdings held by BMM entities (Edison, BMM etc) will be excluded from this vote as they are related entities. This means that the weight held by other shareholders (ie: retail holders like us) will be greater in the final vote count - so all the more reason to step up and vote NO for DH's re-election.
@zebster - can you confirm if my interpretation of the law on voting restrictions is correct and applies here?
