I fully agree with Hectorp's assessment and suggest that other non-AUS/NZ retail investors come on line and consider joint legal actions against this highly unfortunate and ill-timed decision by Lynas management -- a decision which is not only unfair to many investors, but also not in the interest of the company, because it is, in my view, a major reason for the Lynas stock taking a major dive on the US and other stock exchanges.
