Thanks for the update Kent, I am pretty confident (as it all appears quite evident, joining all the dots) that there are 'major' problems in the EGO 'leadership stables' and the day-to-day 'operations management' of this listed entity, and hopefully, considering this would be the second 'ASIC' incident reported (or warrants reporting), that ASIC may once and for all step in and make a clear 'indictable' example for the broader 'small-cap' market executives...

At the end of the day, anyone who has voluntarily 'foregone' their 'corporate duties' should pay the price and consequence, fall on their swords, and 'retire' injured for 'face's' sake...

I'm betting MIN are eagerly watching this episode play out, and suspect there is a 'trigger-price' for them to essentially just step in, and do a T/O, which will be a terible shame for long-term holders not unlike myself, but a very real possibility...
