I don't see it as a question of could they, but why?
Tests have continually resulted in blockages from LCM of the test string.

Why throw good money after bad and possibly end up exactly where we are now in a week, month or god knows how long from now?

IMO it would be best to plug and abandon this hole, evaluate the data on flow and pressure that they have collected and use this towards the possible planning of a new well.

Cooper can use this info to sell their stake, dragon can call the shots on future direction and hopefully jacka can stay on board for a second producing field in 18-24 months
