Interesting Stuart Spence talked about suspending the well rather than P&A.

Whilst I expect that JKA have a cash flow issue coming off this well , in the event of production the expenditure will be cost recoveable from production under the PSC. JKA has a contingent asset.

The question is whether you realise the value through production or the sale of the asset.
