The announcement suggests that the wheels are in motion. If the Co. is successful is attracting a few solid contracts the SP may go through the roof. SP has surpised the market in the past.
In YR 2004 the SP rose from 6.2 cents to 25 cents approx. in a period of 3 months (Sep-Dec 2004).
Once again from 0.005 cents in April 2009 the SP hit approx. 24 cents in October 2009.
History may repeat itself and I am pretty confident the SP can gain positive momentum in the future .
