is there anything preventing

2. capital raise
3. sidestep of the solvency question and audit issued.
4. asx allows ran to start trading again

obviously the question lies in step 2. Ran have always floated some sort of capital raise in the penultimate line of any release for the last 2 years, 'subject to asx approval' ..... this having shat me off the at least the last one.

but can it be done?
