thinking further about this, is another potential path 2 quarters of profit, providing a case for RAN as an ongoing concern (with 2m in the bank), with this then reducing the materiality of the tax dispute (in terms of unclear timelines, and confidence in a positive outcome).
.... surely there are provisions that enable a 'reasonableness' to be applied to the 5m?
