happy to be corrected but this also appears to be a policy decision - i couldn't find anything in the actual listing rules; so potentially a bit of flexibility.

in the stuff i read, most if not all of the discussion was around mining ventures that had clearly come to the end of the road.

i.e. RAN seemingly not the standard case.

expect asx, not in the game of sympathy however so unconvinced they would make an exception for RAN, i probably wouldnt.

all of thr above said with a high degree of uncertainty from nothing more than a weekend hack.
