Correct
If you have 10 shares @ $1 per share after the consolidation if it is 1 for 10 you will end up with 1, $10 share.
Capital restructre is a good thing if there is a billion shares out there, i would become a share holder after the restructure rather than before, often the SP does fall after the restructure. Not always though.
I think that EXT will do well after the restructure, they have excellent U grades.
