Kevin Robertson why is it that you dont want gwr to have chairman mr wedlock on the gwr board, you say that the gwr constitution does not allow this unless another director resigns, to this i say that willo , ruddy and con should resign due to their conflict of interest and not doing their job to look after all gwr shareholders as these 3 characters have been brainwashed to support the take over of gwr by fas.
Another point to consider is that ruddy is also a director of fas as well as gwr and he is only interested in looking after his pocket only and its easy to see that he would like to convert his worthless fas shares to gwr shares at the expense of gwr shareholers.
Wilson director of gwr has substantial fas shares in a holding company Catchment holdings p/l controlled by mr Doutch and he also wants to convert his fas shares to gwr shares. Wilson is in a situation where he cant make decisions and is dictated too by a major shareholder of fas and gwr, in fact is a puppet for the major shareholder. Wilson has been posting on hotcopper under the name of skirmjoy and this i understand is illegal as he is a director of gwr.
Con Markopoulos a director of gwr is also the managing director of Clasic Resources , its also known fact that he totally supports the fas takeover of gwr and is only doing so because he has to do as he is told by the fas and gwr major shareholder. Just recently Con was in Adelaide with a major shareholder mark salkonovic working out when classic could list on the south australian stock exchange. Word has been out that classic would then merge with the gwr/ fas entity. Classic was previously known as Broad resources.
Kevin you are an insult to gwr shareholders in thinking you can do a top job at gwr , we have seen the poor performance of fas under your control in taking the shares to $1.97 in a couple of months of listing late last year to now 26 cents in just over one year of trading , this has been due to spreading the word that fas was going to takeover gwr in march 2007 and the shares have been sliding slowly but surely to its par value and going lower. Kevin you have very little experience in public companies ,only worked in a quarry thats a big difference to working in a mine, dont have contacts in iron ore industry,not produced a resource from all the potential claims you have made eg uranium, zinc, copper,gold ,iron ore ,oil and gas , people will not take you serious as you have not been focused and been making a fool of your self in the newspaper, all you have done is ramped the fas shares on the grand fantasy expectation of taking over gwr , it was your dream turn into a nightmare and much worse is to come. Kevin many fas shareholders are going to be after your blood as all you have done is ruined many lives, its been okay for you as you have pulled at least several millions of dollars in shares ,wages and bonusus of which you have had the pleasure of buying porches ,luxury launch and expensive real estate . The public company office you run is more like a private company as the secretary is your wife and you employ your children as well.
Fas has been good to you kevin , its been your cash cow to look after your self,family and major shareholder, when only your shareholders should have been your number one priority , why did you only concentrate on the takever of gwr , you have blown a full year and cant show any achievements to your shareholders.
