Watching too many cooking programs on telly.
Used to smoke 75 Winnie Red a day, and drink a lot as well.
Don't anymore, and if something that tastes good kills me, don't care,
better way to go than what I was thinking of doing.
Actually started walking since I got Dooley.
Not far, but did none before, now about 2 kms thru. about a foot deep water, every day.
Knee actually feels stronger, and haven't been in an Ambulance since Xmas Day.
