    cost overruns are common off late in industry
    workers are getting scarcer (more n more on hot copper trading) :)
    costs/contracts arent fixed due to continued costs rising
    well i believe HER is seriously undervalued n oversold n am looking at buying at these never to be seen prices
    drop 30% overdone
