re: Finally, a Smart Gang Rapist I was thinking about these long sentences and what they really mean. One of the rapists was engaged to be married. Now instead he will be released from jail at 40 or 50 years of age, have really no immediate family(maybe sibling he has lost most contact with). He will have no home, no money. probably no reason to live. I dont think they are winning any popularity contests in jail either!!
Maybe execution would be more humane.
I dont think they should ever be allowed out on the streets and risk any other innocents being hurt.
Yes, execution would be best for all concerned.
