Munch, it is not fair that the families of the girls involved suffer. But my point is that in a civil society you do not take it out on those that are not guilty. Where is the justice if the law system deals with the criminal but society then punishes the family. We lower ourselves to the level of the barbaric law that Sharia law is. Having read the story in the Australian about the family of one rapist I have great sympathy for them. I have absolutely none for their son. He is getting his just deserts....and those just deserts do not include sexual or other abuse by fellow prisoners, by the way.
