The Trading Halt, is to enable the Company to provide an
update on Financing.

This T/H could mean one of three different scenarios.


1/ The company is still negotiating Re the finance for the
Project, if this is the case it means the deal as yet, has
not fallen over.

2/ The company announces that the finance of the project
is a done deal, and if this is the case, I hope their are
no major strings attached, in that I mean, no more major
share dilution.

3/ The finance, has completely fallen over, and s/hs are
stuffed, which I hope for all concerned is not the case.

very big black cloud over your heads, may the winds blow
that cloud clear.
