If this Trading halt ends with a statement that funding is a no show, then those who have recently taken up placements under the 3B's, will lose their investment. They will be justified in suing the Directors for knowingly made false and misleading statements to secure their investment funding.
So for the Directors sakes, and ours, this trading halt should end with the long anticipated announcement.
