Well OK kasmira, but a 5k investment in Centro today will buy you a lot more shares than a 5k investment 6 months ago would. I know that unfortunately because I bought a few of them last October.
The potential upside in October was a return from $6 to $10, plus the distribution yield about 6%.
The potential upside now is a lot more than that.
But you are right, I certainly would not invest my house in it.
Always diversify.
