    I don't care one way or the other if ZFX buys AGM or not.

    If it does it will have to be at an increase offer. At least $1.30 IMO. (hopefully there will be an option of all scrips with it).

    If it doesn't, I will still hold my AGM and then, I hope I will get that special dividend from ZFX (as andrewe made a mention of it) of about $1.00 and, with that dividend, I will buy more AGM.

    A win win situation.
