re: flow rates Hi Johnlamp
Ok its over 2 announcments that most missed.
I can't get the copy paste to work from Word atm.
The first ann to look at is on the 6th June with an averge flow rate of the first 5 wells 235mcfpd each. total 1175mcfpd
Now on the 16th the ann for the 10 wells is 950mcfpd
950x10=9500-1175=8325/second 5 wells=1165mcf average flow each
Average flow first 5 wells 235x5= 1175mcf
Average flow second 5 wells 1665x5=8325
Total 10 wells =9500mcfpd
At least I know and now you that this thing is big
They now can plot their drilling program around the finds and you will see bigger flows in coming announcments imho.
As for the Reserves
the Companies that are contracted to give flow rates and reserves is not an exact sicence with regard to the latter and it needs at least 3 months or more to re-evaluate the reserves on the given flow rates at that time.
If you look the reserves stated are the same for the first 5 as the second 5 given the huge difference of flow rates seems to be all the same even with other Companies drilling in the area.
Nobody would sign to higher reserves until the second tests are done. even then their credibility
is on the line.
Hope this helps your eveluation Put up a senario of .5mcfpd that's what I think 500.000cuftpd
per well.
Statements from IMP to the market are wanting
at times you would agree.
So hang on to your hat.
Cheers
Xan
